Refund & Return Policy

At RizFraz World, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of pet food and hygiene products, we follow the policy below:

Pet Food Products

  • Opened or used pet food items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Returns or replacements are only accepted if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Accessories & Non-Food Items

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method or store credit.
