At RizFraz World, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of pet food and hygiene products, we follow the policy below:
Pet Food Products

Opened or used pet food items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns or replacements are only accepted if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Accessories & Non-Food Items

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 3 days of delivery.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method or store credit.
